چکیده
Abstract The paper describes the physical realisation of a 3D-concrete-printed, mortar-free, unreinforced masonry arched footbridge, designed for disassembly and reuse. also details novel integrated design, engineering fabrication framework manufacturing assembly processes used project. research, motivated by rapid growth in large-scale 3D concrete printing (3DCP), addresses current lack both design tools design-to-production solutions. It is guided insight regarding applicability analysis methods to large-scale, layered with compression dominant materials such as concrete. Thus, underlying computational environment further extends adapts advances structures 3DCP blocks. Adopting an paradigm can make it possible (i) reduce amount allowing precise placement only where needed along compressive flow forces, (ii) steel reducing tensile flexural strength requirements through compression-appropriate global, shape block discretisation, (iii) reuse components, repair recycle more easily. This builds on relevance delivering ecological promises development 3DCP-specific, toolkit.

Facial lichen striatus.
A 9-year-old girl presented with a 15-day history of abrupt onset of a papular, non-itchy frontofacial rash (figure 1). Her recent anamnesis was negative for contact dermatitis. She had no signs of other dermatological disease (eg, eczema or psoriasis). The rest of the physical examination was normal. The classic appearance and distribution of the rash along Blaschko’s lines (BL) (figure 2) was...
متن کاملLichen striatus on adult.
Lichen Striatus is an uncommon inflammatory skin eruption of unknown etiology. It rarely affects adults, and it is characterized by abrupt onset of coalescent papules, in a linear disposition, usually on the extremities. Histopathology shows lichenoid reaction involving follicles and glands. Occasionally, there is overlap with linear lichen planus and "blaschkitis", the main differential diagno...
متن کاملNaevus striatus unguis.
Three patients presented with an asymptomatic longitudinal pigmented band in a nail. A junctional melanocytic naevus in the nail matrix was suspected; this was confirmed by histological examination in each case. Differential diagnosis and management are discussed, together with a review of the literature. Local excision is considered to be the treatment of choice.

INTRODUCTION A variety of cutaneous reactions have been described in patients receiving tumor necrosis factor alfa (TNF-a) inhibitors. Of particular interest in this scenario is the development of lichen planus and lichen planuselike eruptions. Because TNF-a is recognized as a significant factor in the induction of these dermatoses, their appearance after inhibition of TNF-a is perplexing. The ...
متن کاملLichen striatus successfully treated with oral cyclosporine
Lichen striatus is an acquired, benign, linear inflammatory dermatosis characterized by a sudden skin eruption along Blaschko's lines that usually is not associated with specific etiologic agents. In most cases, it is a self-limited dermatosis, but may relapse. Topical steroids are its first-line therapy, but this treatment is not always effective. We describe the case of a 45-year-old woman af...
